Dawn Olivieri Biography

Dawn Olivieri's first experiences with acting came during preschool games when she would frequently pick a dog as her preferred character of choice. While she would blossom into quite the babe later on, Dawn's popularity went to the dogs early on. Because she was a late bloomer with a short haircut, she earned the unflattering nickname "Dan" in middle school, which stayed with her all the way into high school. During this time, she joined the school band as a bassoon player, but remained friendless when it came to lunch hours in the school cafeteria.

Despite Dawn Olivieri's interesting choices in homemade fashion (she would choose the styles and her mother would sew them) and her lack of friends, Dawn still found ways to get into trouble. Her parents sealed her bedroom windows so she wouldn't climb out, but she found ways to continually get what she wanted, and even ran away from home. Dawn fondly recalled this phase as a time when she was "that daughter every parent is so terrified to have." By high school's end, Dawn Oliveri was a full-blown babe and was chosen by a modeling agency to journey to Milan. Just 17, she went there with no chaperon and enjoyed a series of work overseas, only to be stiffed by her modeling company, who backed out on paying her. Disenchanted, Dawn Olivieri returned home and started taking biology at the University of South Florida, but kept her eye on the entertainment world.

Dawn Olivieri is an actress/model who has appeared in a number of television shows and feature films. She most recently has been cast as "Lydia" in the fourth season of the NBC science fiction drama Heroes. She has also completed guest stars for TBS's My Boys, NBC's Knight Rider, TNT's Trust Me, and SyFy's Stargate: Atlantis, and recurred on CBS's How I Met Your Mother. Dawn is a lead in the SyFy movie HYDRA, and she is the voice of Pepper Potts in the new Avengers animated series.

Dawn recently appeared on HBO's Entourage on September 13, 2009, and as of October 1, 2009, she is hosting a contest on Scripped.

On Heroes, she may be covered in a large crop of magical tattoos, but Dawn Olivieri is a thing of beauty who is worthy of much male adoration. An early example of this adoration came in Dawn Olivieri's high school years when a fellow classmate walked for five straight hours in the Florida heat all the way to her house just to hang out with her. Is that too extreme? Well, truth be told, we probably would've pulled the same stunt.
